
GROUP FITNESS
Each week, I strive to provide a variety of thought-free, follow-along workouts that cover all aspects of fitness.
My classes can easily be used to supplement other activities or they can stand alone to provide the full array of cardio, strength and flexibility. I always include at least one non-equipment option each week and I offer appropriate modifications for every level in order to make everyone feel challenged, but successful.
$10 Per Class for Outdoor Circuit Training, Virtual Classes and Recordings

Virtual Classes and Recordings (All Year) 45-60 Minutes
Take advantage of a variety of class formats by joining live at class time and/or taking advantage of a 6-day recording of class.

Cardio & Core – Cardio mixed with abs, low back, glutes and hips

Cardio, Core & Chill – Everything above, plus moments of mobility and stretching

Circuit Training – A combination of cardio and strength intervals

Fitness Yoga – A flowing sequence of flexibility, mobility, balance and strength work

HIIT & Flow – High intensity intervals for 30-40 minutes, plus yoga for 15-30 minutes

INSANITY® – High intensity bodyweight intervals of cardio, strength and core

Instructor’s Choice – Anything goes

Tabata – A collection of 4-minute rounds involving 8 sets of 20-second cardio and/or strength intervals, followed by 10-second recoveries

Total Body Strength – A combination of upper and lower body strength training using a variety of equipment

Outdoor Circuit Training (May – October) 60 Minutes
Participate in a group class format that includes intervals of cardio and strength while enjoying some sunshine and fresh air. Expect to utilize hills, trails, and picnic tables in addition to more traditional dumbbells, bands and bodyweight. Tuesdays take place at Indian Springs Metropark and Thursdays at Independence Oaks County Park.
