
PERSONAL TRAINING
I do not use a one-size-fits-all approach for my clients, because every client is unique in their goals, interests, strengths, weaknesses, and time restrictions. As a trainer, my goal is to create realistic programs that are personalized to each client's wants and needs, while also promoting overall health and long-term enjoyment of life and hobbies. Some of my clients meet with me multiple times each week, while others touch base occasionally for new programs that they can do on their own. Some of my clients enjoy a variety of formats at every session, while others prefer to repeat the same program for a few weeks before moving on to something new. Sometimes we are simply trying to improve workout consistency and proper exercise form, but I also enjoy the challenge of correcting imbalances, improving stability, increasing mobility, and focusing on specific issues or areas.

Benefit from the added energy and motivation that a group can create during a session of cardio, strength, and/or flexibility. These programs will not be as customized, but will still allow for personalized modifications and form adjustments. All participants should have similar exercise experience.

PERSONALIZED HOME FITNESS PROGRAM
$75 for a single 60-minute session and finalized program

Enjoy a personalized home fitness program based on your list of home equipment, current activity and fitness goals. This process includes a phone consultation, a 60-minute virtual or in-person personal training session and a finalized program including
exercise photos or video.
